Fried chicken, creamy string beans, mashed cauliflower mash. 

Peppered roast beef, carrots and broccoli mash.

Lunch

Mexican stuffed peppers with chips. 

 

Week 2

Dinner

Chicken and dumplings, cornbread

BBQ ribs, greens, vegan mac and cheese

Lunch

Sweet potato sliders with coleslaw

 

Week 3

Dinner

Swedish meatballs, cabbage, mixed quinoa

Meat loaf, cheesy cauliflower mash, cream corn

Lunch

Chili cheese nachos with mexican salad 

 

Week 4

Dinner

Paleo red beans and rice with smoked turkey leg, cheesy broccoli.

Baked stuffed artichoke and spinach pork chops,  asparagus, sweet potato mash

Lunch 

Chicken bite lettuce wedges with fruit salad
